Lucy Pan is currently a Marketing & Communications Associate at SoCal Grantmakers, where responsibilities include coordinating email marketing for conferences and creating social media content. Previous experience includes a part-time Communications Intern at the Asian American Federation, producing videos and supporting event staffing. As a Marketing & Communications Intern at the Center for Asian Americans United for Self Empowerment, Lucy collaborated on digital marketing efforts, edited newsletters, and contributed to social media promotion. Lucy has also held research roles at Pomona College, exploring heritage language acquisition, and received the Margo Okazawa-Rey Fellowship for research on techno-Orientalism. In addition, involvement in the Asian American Mentor Program and various internships reflects a commitment to supporting AAPI communities through event planning and mentorship. Lucy Pan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Asian American Studies at Pomona College.

Southern California Grantmakers (SCG) is the regional association for philanthropists and grantmakers working to make a difference in our communities and around the world. We are a leadership hub for our members to connect with each other, improve their grantmaking and amplify their independent efforts through collaborative work. Our members include family foundations, private independent foundations, community and public foundations, corporate foundations and corporate giving programs, individuals, and government agencies.
