Olivia King Burgess

Olivia King Burgess, AMA-CPM, has extensive experience at SOCAN since May 2012, currently serving as Team Lead for Audio Identification, where leadership of an 8-person team facilitates the processing of over 40 billion data points quarterly and managing a $90 million distribution process, contributing to a high-performance culture remotely. Previously, Olivia held roles as Team Lead, Media Account Manager, and Media Account Manager, excelling in financial portfolio management and achieving collection rates exceeding 90%. Earlier positions included General Licensing Account Manager and Account Coordinator, where Olivia demonstrated exceptional customer relationship management and project collaboration skills. Beginning as a Summer Intern at SOCAN in 2007, Olivia trained staff and streamlined processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and further studies at the University of Toronto.
