Since 2010, Jean Philippe has been a Senior Field Technician at SOCAPS, focusing on client service in the Americas. Prior to this role, Jean Philippe worked at ROXANE NORD from 2001 to 2010 as an électromécanique technician, specializing in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of bottling production lines. Earlier career experience includes a position at Sidel from 1996 to 2001 as a service technician, where responsibilities included after-sales service, installation, and retrofit projects.
