Kamal Mesteliyev

Kamal Mesteliyev is an experienced professional in the fields of health, safety, and lifting operations, currently serving as a Rigger and Lifting Authority at Socar Cape LLC since January 2021, while also holding the position of Health Safety Environment Engineer at TS Group since February 2020. Kamal has previously worked as a Site Lifting Competent Person for both Rovsen Oguz and Socar Cape LLC and has accumulated valuable experience as a Health Safety Environment Engineer at Azerigaz. Educational background includes training at KVET Vocational Educational Center and a degree from Azerbaijan State Academy of Artist.
