Kaushaillyah Ramoo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Debt Collector at Deblect Risk Management Sdn Bhd. In 2015, they joined the Parkson Group as a Sales Promoter, where they provided assistance and product recommendations to customers. From 2017 to 2018, Kaushaillyah worked as a Customer Service Executive at Genting Malaysia Berhad, specializing in the World Reservation Centre. Kaushaillyah'sresponsibilities included handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and preparing quotations for clients.

In 2019, Kaushaillyah became a Sales Coordinator (MICE) at Genting Malaysia Berhad, where they managed operations, handled member inquiries, and monitored meeting room availability. Kaushaillyah then transitioned into a Customer Service Executive role at EQUILOGICS in 2020, where they handled customer disputes and provided accurate information through various channels such as calls, emails, and live chat. Kaushaillyah also took on additional responsibilities, such as managing day-to-day contact center operations and inter-department communication.

In 2021, Kaushaillyah was promoted to the role of Customer Service, Subject Matter Expert (SME) at EQUILOGICS. In this role, they continued to manage a team of agents across multiple media channels and projects while also assisting high-priority customers and in-house agents as a Person of Reference (POR). In their most recent role as Customer Service Team Lead at EQUILOGICS since 2022, Kaushaillyah has taken on further responsibilities, including team management, CS operations, and managing technical dependencies. Kaushaillyah also continues to assist high-priority customers and in-house agents as a POR.

Kaushaillyah attended SMK (P) Air Panas from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their SPM degree with a field of study in Art/Art Studies.

In 2015, they enrolled at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) to pursue a Cert degree in AELE0364 ENGLISH LANGUAGE 1119 LEVEL. Kaushaillyah'sstudies in this field are ongoing.

In 2016, they began pursuing a Diploma of Education at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Kaushaillyah'sstudies in this program are ongoing as well.
