Gülfem Güvendir is an experienced professional in internal communication and employer branding, currently serving as the Internal Communication and Employer Branding Group Manager at SOCAR Türkiye since June 2021. Prior to this role, Gülfem held various positions at Turkcell from August 2010 to May 2021, including Expert Internal Communication and Employer Branding Event Manager, Senior Internal Communication Event Manager, and Internal Communication Specialist, along with responsibilities in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sponsorship.
