Ruslan Mustafayev

Ruslan Mustafayev is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management, digital transformation, and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as Advisor to the CEO at SOCAR Türkiye since November 2020, Mustafayev has held significant roles including Digital Transformation & IT Advisor and Head of Executive Office for the Gas Business Unit. Prior to this position, Mustafayev worked at SOCAR Gas Operating Company LLC as Business Support Manager, overseeing procurement, HR, IT, and compliance functions. Other previous roles include Senior Proposal Coordinator at BOS SHELF LLC, Regional Sales Manager at Aromsa AS, and positions in investor relations and financial advising at several companies, including McDermott International and Japan International Cooperation Agency. Mustafayev holds an MBA in International Business from Hokkaido University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ege University.
