Candice Charleton

Candice Charleton is an experienced leader in customer success and professional services, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at SOCi.ai. With a strong background in digital marketing and social media strategy, Candice previously held key positions at Hootsuite, including Senior Director of Global Professional Services and Senior Director of Customer Success Americas, where responsibilities included guiding global teams and driving customer adoption of solutions. Candice's career also includes roles in communications management at JOEY Restaurant Group and strategic client services at Patio Social Inc, complemented by foundational experiences in public relations at NATIONAL Public Relations and Elettra Communications.
