Cayce Merrill is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and strategic sales, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at SOCi, Inc. since January 2024. Prior experience at Dell Technologies spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included directing sales strategy for the Federal Data Center, managing customer operations as a Senior Manager in the Chief Customer Office, and leading marketing operations in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region as well as North America. Additionally, Cayce held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst at Liaison Creative + Marketing, further supporting federal and public segments at Dell, after starting as a Financial Analyst at CLEAResult. Cayce earned a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
