Eric Glader

Eric Glader is an experienced advisor and investor currently contributing to multiple companies, including Backplain as an advisor since June 2024 and Menlo Ventures as a Fellow Alumni since April 2024. Glader offers strategic guidance and investment at Hardworking Gentlemen, Mindhoney®, Bachan's, Daasity, and SOCi, Inc., reflecting a strong background in business development and management. Previously, Glader co-founded POWERDOT, INC., which was acquired by Therabody in April 2021, and held senior director roles at DJO Global. Glader earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as Communication from the University of San Diego from 1995 to 1999.
