Michele Greene

Michele Greene is a seasoned professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at SOCi, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions at Sprout Social, Inc. from June 2021 to May 2025, advancing from Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market to Principal Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts and Enterprise.
