Ross Nederhoff is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer success management, media production, and social media strategy. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist at SOCi, Inc. since July 2022, Ross leads account setups, trains users on platform functionality, and troubleshoots customer issues. Previously, Ross worked as a News Producer at NBC News, producing various news segments and engaging in story development while also holding positions at One America News Network and Foundation Media Partners that involved writing, social media management, and content creation. As the Owner of Photography/Visual Media Services since August 2012, Ross has built a portfolio of photography and video projects for a variety of clients.
