Partha Ghosh

Partha Ghosh is an experienced professional in the fields of finance, agriculture, and sustainability. Currently serving as Program Lead at Social Alpha since September 2024, Partha focuses on unlocking commercial finance for climate-smart agriculture. Previously, Partha held the position of Senior Manager for Climate Change & Sustainability at MicroSave - Financial Inclusion Consulting from January 2020 to August 2024, where contributions were made to expand MSC's impact on climate change and social inclusion. Prior to that, Partha worked at Arohan Financial Services Limited in various roles, including Business Manager and Relationship Manager, where efforts were directed at establishing an inorganic growth vertical in microfinance. Early career experiences include consulting at MicroSave, credit analysis at Axis Bank, and market research as a Management Trainee at Tata Coffee. Partha holds an MBA in Agribusiness from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences from Banaras Hindu University.
