Project Chief at Social Capital Group

Adolfo Q. has a diverse work experience in the field of social assistance and project management. Adolfo started their career in 2014 as an Assistant in the Unit of Assistance and Social Works at Cáritas del Perú, where they coordinated and reported national and international donations, and provided support during joint actions with private companies. In 2016, they worked as a Project Management Assistant at Heifer Perú for a period of six months. During this time, they gained valuable experience in project management. Later in the same year, they joined Social Capital Group as a Project Chief, where they advised on risk management, social impacts, and sustainable development. Adolfo also provided consultancy services to extractive projects both nationally and internationally and played a role in the development of the company's internal social management software.

Adolfo Q.'s education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. This degree was earned between the years 2010 and 2015. Following this, Adolfo pursued further education and obtained a Licentiate degree in Sociology from the same institution, which was completed by 2019.

In 2020, Adolfo enrolled in Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya to pursue a Diploma in Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio y Desarrollo Territorial, which was completed in 2021. Later in 2021, Adolfo attended the ESAN Graduate School of Business to earn a Diploma Internacional in Desarrollo Sostenible.

In addition to their formal education, Adolfo has also obtained several certifications. These include "Reporting with the GRI Standards 2021 Update" from Avanza Sostenible, obtained in October 2022. Adolfo also completed certifications such as "En S\u00edntesis: Nuevo Marco de Pol\u00edtica Ambiental y Social del BID" from edX, obtained in December 2021, "BID - Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos en Proyectos de Desarrollo" from edX, obtained in May 2020, and "BID - Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos de Desarrollo" from edX, obtained in September 2018.
