Estrella Puscan Cortez

Estrella Puscan Cortez is a professional with extensive experience in social promotion and project assistance. Currently serving as a Social Specialist and Project Assistant at Social Capital Group since September 2022, Estrella contributes to the Line 2 Metro project in Lima and Callao, marking the introduction of the first underground train. Previous roles include positions as a Social Promoter at the Superintendencia Nacional de Servicios de Saneamiento and the Instituto de Investigación Nutricional, focusing on fieldwork and key stakeholder mapping. Estrella also worked with the Municipalidad Distrital de San Martín de Porres promoting anemia prevention programs for mothers and training parents on nutrition. Estrella holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has completed professional training in project management, community relations, and public management with an intercultural focus from various institutions, including the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo and the Escuela Nacional de Administración Pública.
