Farhan ALShammari is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in credit and collections. Currently serving as the Director of Credit and Collections at Social Development Bank since April 2015, Farhan oversees a dedicated team to enhance customer repayment success and ensures departmental efficiency. Prior experience at Riyad Bank from September 2001 to April 2015 includes roles as Director of Business Development, Credit & Collection Advisor, and Collection Leader, where strategic implementation significantly improved collection outcomes. Farhan’s educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Relationship Management from King Saud University and a certification as a Professional Executive Manager from the International Training & Educational Association (ITEA). Additionally, proficiency in Business English was gained at San Diego Mesa College.
