Ana Monica R.

Ana Monica R. has worked in various roles since 1994. Ana Monica began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Bilingual Executive Secretary in the Marketing Department, where they were in charge of budget control, marketing support in Central America, and promotional materials. In 2000, they joined Novartis as a Human Resources Management Assistant for Central America and the Caribbean, where they were responsible for life insurance and medical expenses policy administration for regional staff. In 2006, they became the Kitchen Classroom and Purchases Administrator at IFES-Universidad del Istmo, where they were in charge of planning, organizing, and controlling all activities in the culinary classroom. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at ASC Int as an Assistant, and from 2015 to present, they have been working at Social Discovery Corp as a Finance Manager and Accounting.

Ana Monica R. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Universidad del Istmo-Guatemala between 1996 and 2000. Prior to this, they obtained their Executive Bilingual Secretary from Colegio GIBBS in 1993 and their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Colegio Suizo Americano in 1992.
