Cooper Joslin has a range of work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2015, they started as a Staff Writer for The Sandspur and continued in that role until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Editor for The Independent and Co-Editor-in-Chief for Brushing: Art and Literary Journal.

In 2018, Cooper worked as a Digital Media & Communications Intern for the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). In 2019, they interned at Day Communications before becoming a Videographer at American University, where they shot and produced videos and edited event photos.

From 2020 to 2021, they had multiple roles. They started as a Foundation Communications Intern at the Urban Land Institute, where they developed infographics, videos, and animations and assisted with digital marketing. They then joined EMILY's List as an Ignite Change Fellow for a few months. Afterwards, they became a Content & Production Specialist for the National Apartment Association, managing daily operations, updating content, and contributing to website redesign efforts.

Their latest role is as a Web Developer at Social Driver, which started in September 2021.

Cooper Joslin's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Rollins College. Cooper studied English, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field. From 2019 to 2020, Cooper pursued a Master's degree in Journalism & Public Affairs at American University. After completing their formal education, Cooper obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Cooper also acquired a Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera in the same month and year.
