Social Earth is an innovative apartment locating company that utilizes social media, strategic online marketing, and our colorful brand and personalities to attract a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads ready and waiting for our free help.

At the heart of what we do, we move people. With a city that has more renters than home owners, every day we encounter people moving to and within Austin. We began operating in the core of a global “health pandemic” that had unprecedented “stay-at-home” orders in place, temporary and permanent closure of many businesses, widespread job loss, and the introduction and global promotion of “social distancing” and a “new normal.” We find it no coincidence we came to exist in the time we did with the namesake we have (chosen back in 2012) and with our charge to contribute towards a more social earth and thriving local community.

In a world with increasing stress, division, and distractions; our brand and our service create a disturbance in these repetitive cycles that so often consume us. From the warmth and spunkiness of our Company’s spirit to the brightness, sweetness, and dedication of our agents; the free service we provide our clients not only offers custom-curated property lists and money-saving rent deals, but interactions with Social Earth provide the potential for a happier, livelier day. We don’t just work to move people; we’re here to move people.

People. Places. Planet.
