Irena Serna-Marjanović

Irena Serna-Marjanović has had a diverse work experience across various companies. Irena began their career in 2006 at Establish d.o.o., where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer until 2010. Irena then joined Prevent Group - Prevent Leather as a Software Engineer and finance consultant in 2010 and worked there until 2011.

In 2011, they joined Establish as a Senior Software Developer and Systems Analyst, working there until 2016. During their time at Establish, they also took on the role of ISMS Manager, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from 2015 to 2016.

Since 2016, Irena has been working at Social Explorer. Irena started as a Content Developer and later took on roles as a Project Manager and Business System Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Project Management, starting in January 2022.

Irena Serna-Marjanović has a diverse education history. Irena obtained their Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist 2012 certification from Microsoft in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Mr Sc degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo in 2011. In 2007, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Before that, in 2006, they obtained their Dipl. Ing degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they have additional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in January 2023, the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor from PECB obtained in September 2017, and ISO 14001:2015 LEAD IMPLEMENTER and ISO 9001:2015 LEAD IMPLEMENTER from COF Consulting obtained at unspecified dates.
