Caroline Gadd currently serves as a Director at Social Finance and is a 2020 Fellow and Digital Health Leader at NHS Innovation Accelerator. Previously, Caroline held key leadership roles at Holmusk and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe, where responsibilities included leading the digital healthcare division and collaborating with NHS partners to enhance patient outcomes in mental health. Earlier experience includes positions such as Director of Market Access at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (UK) Ltd, Director of Value and Access at Stiefel (a GSK company), and Head of Healthcare Marketing at Abbott Laboratories. Caroline's career began at Gilead Sciences and Nutricia, demonstrating a strong background in market access and strategic program implementation across various healthcare organizations. Educational qualifications include studies at King's College London and St George's, University of London.
