Disha Javur is currently employed as a Senior Analyst at Social Finance since July 2023. Previously, Disha served as a Data Analyst at TheMathCompany from January 2020 to November 2021, where significant achievements included automating report generation on Google Cloud Platform, optimizing processes for a luxury retail brand, and reprogramming SAS models to Python and SQL, leading to substantial improvements in efficiency and customer retention. Earlier experience includes a Data Analyst Internship, where Disha utilized a hypothesis-driven approach to enhance revenue and customer retention for a video rental company, along with formative roles as an intern at Digital Instruments & Control Systems and Honeywell. Disha holds a Master’s degree in Analytics and Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control from Manipal Institute of Technology.
