Sabrina Yasmin Rafael is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Policy Lead at the Department of Health and Social Care. Prior to this role, Sabrina Yasmin was a Manager and Women's Health Lead at Social Finance. With a background in health economics and a focus on sexual health research, Sabrina has also worked as a Health Economist at Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo and as a Research Assistant at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Their expertise in the UK healthcare sector was further enhanced during their time as an Analyst at ZPB Associates. Sabrina holds a Master of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
