Sabrina Yasmin Rafael

Sabrina Yasmin Rafael is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Policy Lead at the Department of Health and Social Care. Prior to this role, Sabrina Yasmin was a Manager and Women's Health Lead at Social Finance.
