Hugh Nguyen

Hugh Nguyen started their work experience as an Event Organizer at Blue Ocean Communication Corp in HCM city from January 2009 to March 2011. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and managing events, including budget control, writing proposals, negotiations, and staff recruitment.

From May 2011 to September 2012, Hugh worked as a Marketing Executive at AMI Corporation. Here, they gained skills in forecasting and data analysis for marketing campaigns, as well as an introduction to finance in business operations.

In February 2019, Hugh briefly served as an Account Intern at Global Travel Xperts (GTX). During this period, they excelled in multitasking, prioritizing, and communication skills, particularly in account payable tasks and credit reconciliation.

From June 2019 to June 2021, Hugh worked as a Claims Accounts Payable Officer at Gallagher Bassett, where they gained a clear understanding of the insurance industry and the complexities of reimbursement processes. Hugh also learned the importance of fraud prevention and compliance with policies.

From June 2021 to May 2022, Hugh worked at Number1Fertility as an Accounts Receivable Officer. Here, they had an amazing experience working in the IVF industry, becoming more understanding and sympathetic towards customers. Hugh relieved financial stress for customers and felt competent in their role.

In May 2022, Hugh joined Urban.com.au as an Account Assistant. Currently, they also hold the position of Assistant Accountant at Social Garden, starting in the same month. Further details about these roles are not provided.

Hugh Nguyen received their Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ho Chi Minh city University of Science in 2009. Hugh then pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Economics at RMIT University, which they completed in the years 2014 to 2017.
