Lacey Hayes is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Vice President of Programming at Social House Entertainment since October 2025. Prior roles include Talent Buyer at Romeo Entertainment Group from April 2021 to October 2025 and Executive Assistant at Neste Live! (A Live Nation Company) from October 2018 to July 2020, where the company specialized in booking and event production. Previous experience also includes a successful stint as a Color and Skin Consultant at SEPHORA, where Lacey excelled in sales and customer engagement, and as Operations Manager/Lead Producer at RWS Global, an Emmy Award-winning entertainment production company. Lacey's early career featured an internship at the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation, paired with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Southeast Missouri State University and initial studies in Music Business at Belmont University.
