Jay Boolkin

Jay Boolkin is an experienced professional in social impact and enterprise development, currently serving as Collaboration Manager and Program Manager for the Scaling Impact - Impact Investment Readiness Accelerator at Social Impact Hub since July 2020. As the founder of Social Change Central and a Board Member of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT, Jay actively contributes to social entrepreneurship initiatives. Additionally, Jay holds various advisory and leadership roles, including Advisory Board Member at TorqAid and Hult Prize at UTS, and Social Impact & Partnerships Lead at Seventh Street Ventures. Education includes a Masters of Development Studies from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma of Project Management from the University of Sydney, complemented by various programs focused on social impact and entrepreneurship.
