Ken Knight serves as the Head of Research Impact & Consumer Involvement at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, directing an award-winning program focused on knowledge translation and optimizing research impact. In addition, Ken holds leadership roles in various initiatives, including Chair of the Melbourne Children's LGBTIQA+ Strategy and Chief Investigator for the Trans20 Longitudinal Study, which examines gender diversity in children and adolescents. Ken's extensive experience includes significant positions at the University of Melbourne, The Royal Children's Hospital, and the Australian Institute of Family Studies, where expertise in community engagement, impact strategies, and knowledge translation has been evident. Educational qualifications include an Executive Fellowship from The University of Sydney Business School, a Master of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University, among others.
