Sandy Wark is an experienced international development professional with over 30 years in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and ICT integration. Currently a Senior Expert at EuroPlus Consulting & Management, they co-authored a study for the European Parliament on the impact of EU interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Sandy has previously worked with USAID and the International Labour Organization, leading significant evaluations and project strategies across various regions, including North Africa and South Asia. They hold a Master’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
