Shantanu Dorve

Shantanu Dorve has worked in the field of network engineering since 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at CTS India Private Limited as a Jr. Network Engineer, where they were responsible for configuring, installing and maintaining corporate LAN, WAN, Wireless and virtualized network environments. Shantanu also troubleshot routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF and BGP, VLAN, Trunk, STP, HSRP, GLBP, VTP and RSTP Configuration issues. From 2017 to present, they have worked at both Social Interest Solutions and Apple as a Network Engineer. At both companies, they were responsible for network operation in routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers in production environment in datacenters. Shantanu also monitored network performance and analyzed network traffic by investigating packet flow using sniffing tools such as Wireshark. Additionally, they had experience with Nexus 7010, 5548, 5596, 2148 and 2248 switches, as well as infrastructure troubleshooting and TCP/IP protocol experience.

Shantanu Dorve completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagpur University between 2008 and 2012. Shantanu then went on to earn a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition to their degrees, Dorve has obtained several certifications, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, MCSA Server 2008 from Microsoft in 2012, CCNA from Cisco in 2014, a Line follower robotics workshop from IEEE Student Branch Manipal, and a Telecom Certificate from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.
