Amber Ramos, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Social Justice Public Charter School since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Supervisor at Sprint from July 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing sales floor operations, providing training to sales consultants, and assisting with customer transactions. Additionally, Amber held positions at T-Mobile from June 2016 to July 2022 as Store Manager and District Operations Specialist, focusing on team development and customer interactions. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Occupational Therapy Department at Towson University, where Amber developed an inventory management system and trained incoming interns. Amber earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Towson University and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Social Justice School is a revolutionary middle school located in the Ward 5 neighborhood of Washington, DC. Our mission is to catalyze an integrated community of middle school learners to be scholar-activists who are designers of a more just world. To design a more just society, our students engage in an explorative learning educational model that embraces and lives out a set of core beliefs about what it means to be human.
