Annette Valle

Annette Valle has over 13 years of experience in the apartment industry. Annette began their career in 2004 as a Leasing Specialist at University House Communities (now The Scion Group). In 2007, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Pepsi Bottling Group. In 2008, they joined Campus Apartments as a Property Manager, eventually becoming the Regional Sales and Training Specialist, Leasing and Marketing Manager, and National Director of Leasing and Marketing. In 2015, they worked as a Student Housing Business Consultant at S Consulting Co. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Social Kapture, an industry-leading agency for digital marketing.

Annette Valle obtained their B.S. from the University of California, Riverside, with a major in Business Administration/ Political Science and a minor in Marketing.
