Wednesday Reynolds-Wilcox has a long and varied work experience. Wednesday began their career in 1999 as Web Manager and IT Services & Support Manager at Landmark. In 2013, they moved to Social Media Pro® where they served as COO, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing Communications, and Director of Content Delivery. In 2022, they became Partner & COO at Social Media Pro®. Most recently, they have been the Owner of Wrey Group since 2013.

Wednesday Reynolds-Wilcox holds a Bachelor's degree, Honors in the Major, in Wednesday'story from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
