Casey Kienzle has a diverse work experience. From 2006 to 2008, Casey worked as a Client Support Specialist at Radio Shack. They then transitioned to the US Army in 2008, where they served as a Medical Laboratory Technician until 2016. Following their military service, Casey joined Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing client Operating Systems. In 2019, they moved to Social Mobile® and held the role of Project Coordinator until 2021 when they were promoted to Project Manager.
Casey Kienzle obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology Systems from Keiser University- Pembroke Pines, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. In addition, Casey also obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in March 2016.
