Jamian Lewis is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Mansion House for Social Pantry since September 2024. Additionally, Jamian is a member of the League of Club Chefs since June 2024 and previously held the role of Executive Chef at Mansion House with Company of Cooks from March 2023 to September 2024. From July 2014 to December 2022, Jamian was the Executive Head Chef for CCT Venues, overseeing catering operations for five venues in London and developing innovative food concepts. Earlier positions include Head Chef at Brigade restaurant from August 2013 to July 2014, Head Chef at Devere Venues Holborn Bars from March 2008 to August 2013, and Head Chef at Browns Restaurants from June 2006 to March 2008. Jamian's culinary education includes an NVQ Level 1-3 in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Westminster Kingsway College and a City and Guilds 706 1&2 in Hospitality and Catering from Harrow Weald College.
