Currently serving as Regional Manager at Social Personnel since December 2016, Ashley has contributed to the company's rapid growth since its establishment in 2014. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Caritas Recruitment, Senior Consultant at Medicare First, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at HCL Workforce Solutions, with a proven track record in placing qualified social workers and higher professionals in both contract and permanent positions. Ashley began the career path as a Consultant at Medicare First and holds education credentials from Hammersmith & City from 2001 to 2003.

Social Personnel opened its doors in 2014 with two guiding principles, the right person in the right role, and the start of your new role is the start of our relationship. This helps to achieve a great working relationship with them and ensures they feel part of our Social Personnel team, not just another locum at another agency. Our clients have a key role to play in our business and are extremely important to us. Providing services for vulnerable people is a massive task and we cannot overestimate the impact our staff have on the people they work with. We work incredibly hard finding the right person for the right role. We make sure they have the right skills and experience, they are compliant and that they receive the right support. We also understand that our clients are using public funds, it's crucial we try to offer innovative staffing solutions to ensure value for money. Our clients and candidates are our lifeblood, without them we are unable to do what we do. We treat our social work colleagues honestly, fairly and with respect, ensuring that we achieve a higher standard of recruitment.
