Dallas Oberlee has extensive experience in public administration and program operations, currently serving as a Senior Associate and Associate Division Director for Technical Assistance, Learning and Impact at Social Policy Research Associates since November 2020. Previously, Dallas worked at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research from February 2007 to November 2020, where Dallas held multiple roles, culminating as Director of Program Operations. Earlier in the career, Dallas served as a Corrections Officer at the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office and as a Telemetry/EKG Technician at Battle Creek Health Systems. Dallas holds a Master of Public Administration in NonProfit Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, both from Western Michigan University.
