Laura Thomas

Laura Thomas is a seasoned professional in research, analytics, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer at Social Policy Research Associates since September 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Research and Analytics Specialist at Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance from November 2018 to September 2022. After an earlier tenure at Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance as a Research Specialist from 2012 to 2015, Thomas gained digital marketing experience with roles at MedTouch as a Digital Marketing Strategist and Converge Consulting as a Digital Manager, Analytics. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Economic and Workforce Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
