Dmitriy M. has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Dmitriy started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Corum Group, where they worked from February 2012 to April 2013. Dmitriy then worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Independiente, before joining Three Suns as a Recruiter from April 2014 to March 2016. At Three Suns, they were responsible for active candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing various levels of vacancies. Afterward, Dmitriy worked as an HR Generalist at ROOTS-D from April 2016 to May 2017, where they focused on recruitment and HR policy-making. Currently, they are employed at Social Quantum since June 2017, starting as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and then transitioning to the role of Head of HR in March 2023.
