Bhagwan Aggarwal, MBA, PhD, CPH, is the CEO and Managing Director of Business Development Analytics since August 2014, specializing in product development, commercial marketing, sourcing, and data analytics. Bhagwan also serves as a reviewer and subject classifier for SSRN (the Lancet) from June 2018, and as Director General, North America Region for the Institute of Directors since November 2015. Additional roles include Healthcare & Biotech Industry Expert at SASB and Co-Chair for the Issue Panel Review Committee at the ISPOR 8th Asia-Pacific Conference in 2018. Bhagwan contributed as Co-Editor for "The News Across Asia" from 2015 to 2017, and has held roles in leading committees within ISPOR and the Indian Council of Medical Research, focusing on health research and policy. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Drexel University, a Post-Doc from the University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD in Cancer Biology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, among others.
