Social Services Team

The Social Services Team at Social Services Network is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in the Greater Toronto, York, and Simcoe Region. They work collaboratively to deliver programs and services that promote social engagement, education, and the physical and mental well-being of seniors. Through partnerships with community organizations, funders, sponsors, and caregivers, the team ensures that seniors feel valued and integrated into a culturally and linguistically responsive environment.
