Courtney Rood

Courtney Rood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney began their career at Roosters Restaurants in 2012 as a server and remained in that role until 2014. Courtney then worked as a server at Brazenhead Pub from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Alliance Data as a Customer Care Representative and later became a Customer Care Advocate and Operations Lead Intern. In 2016, they joined Carvana as an Outside Advocate. In 2017, they joined InnoSource as a Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiter, and remained in those roles until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter. In 2020, they were a Social Media Advisor at GoDaddy before joining OutboundEngine as an Account Executive and later as an Account Executive II. In 2021, they worked at Social Solutions as a Sales Recruiter and currently works at Bonterra as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Courtney Rood obtained their High School Diploma from Grove City High School from the years 2005 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The Ohio State University, specializing in Psychology, from the years 2010 to 2015.
