In 2008, Skyler began their career as an Advance Repair Agent at Geek Squad, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting services until 2017. Following this, they joined Accruent as a Support Engineer, assisting with customer inquiries and resolving technical issues. In 2018, Skyler transitioned to Epicor Software as a Cloud Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure.
