Patrick Nicoll

Patrick has a broad transactional legal background and has worked on various types of deals including project finance, capital markets, bankruptcy and restructuring, and more. Patrick served as an attorney at the New York office of Latham & Watkins and studied law at the University of Notre Dame Law School. Patrick is an avid sports fan, supporting various New York City sports teams and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Patrick is also COO for Joyance Partners.
