Early career experience includes system administration roles at OOO Optima and OOO Infosfera, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, network administration, and information security. Vladimir began the professional journey as a software developer/system administrator at ROAO Udmurtgaz, focused on maintaining and enhancing an account system. Educational background includes a Specialist degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Izhevsk State Technical University.
