This was followed by a Master's degree in Finance with a specialization in Management Control from the University of Orleans in France from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, Nhi attended Mission College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management between 2010 and 2012. Nhi's formal education concluded at San Jose State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems from 2012 to 2016.
Additionally, Nhi has obtained two certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics GP. In 2014, Nhi achieved a certification in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010: Inventory and Order Processing. During the same year, they also obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013: Financial Management, which was offered by Microsoft.
