Cindy Nadesan MCIPS MBA has extensive work experience. Cindy began their career in 1997 as an Area Manager, Training Manager, and Administrator at Asset Security Services. In 2002, they took on the role of Account Manager and Marketing Assistant at Chain Retail Marketing, where they were responsible for liaising with international suppliers, account management, and market testing. In 2003, they became a Manager at Topaz Energy, where they were responsible for managing KPIs, HR, and regulatory requirements. From 2008 to 2010, Cindy worked as a Trainer and Coach at Talent Fusion, Great Speech, and iCareer. In 2011, they became Operations Manager at Ballyseedy Home & Garden, where they developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profit. From 2013 to 2018, Cindy worked at Surrey County Council in various roles, including Contract & Supply Manager, Contract & Supply Specialist, Procurement Improvement Officer, and Category Specialist. In 2018, they took on the role of Social Value at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Most recently, in 2020, they became a Strategic Account Manager at Social Value Portal.

Cindy Nadesan MCIPS MBA obtained their Matric Exemption from Southlands Secondary School in 1994-1996. Cindy then attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1998-2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Management. In 2006-2008, they completed their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Galway. Cindy then attended Executive Coaching Solutions in 2009, where they earned their Diploma in Training in Training & Development. Cindy then attended the Coach Institute of Ireland in 2009-2010, where they earned their Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching in Coaching. Cindy also attended Christopher Howard Training Academy in 2009-2010, where they earned their Master Results Coach in Coaching & Training. In 2010, they attended Psychometrik and obtained their BPS Level A+B,E in Psychometric Testing, Profiling & Assessment. Cindy then attended Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply from 2015-2016, where they earned their Diploma in Procurement and Supply in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. Cindy then attended the same institute from 2016-2017, where they earned their Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. In 2017-2018, they attended the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and earned their Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management / Supplier Relationship Management. Cindy also attended the International Association of Contract & Commercial Management in 2017-2018, where they earned their Advanced Practitioner in Commercial & Contract Management.
