Renuka Bhat has a diverse work experience in the fields of research, communications, and policymaking. Renuka started their career in 2018 as an Intern at Prime Financial Planners - India. In 2019, they worked as a Research Intern at STCI Primary Dealer Ltd. In 2020, they were a Short-term Behavioural Economist Consultant at BEAST, a Delegate at Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), and a United Nations' India National Team, UN75 Consultations (CYL) at Confederation Of Young Leaders (CYL). In 2021, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Warwick, a 9.9 Insights - Project Intern at Albright Stonebridge Group, and a Communications Intern at Centre for Civil Society. Renuka will begin working as a TDI Research at Social Value Portal in 2022, and as a TeaMWork 2022 University of Warwick + Monash University Project Partner at Forest Interactive Foundation.

Renuka Bhat has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Renuka has also completed a Master's degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick from 2021 to 2022. In 2021, Bhat took part in a Summer School at Universidade Estadual de Campinas in Development Economics and International Development and a Summer School at the University of Greenwich in Post-Keynesian Economics. Additionally, Bhat has obtained certifications from various institutions including Atlassian, Social Value Portal, Bright Network, UNCTAD, The John Quincy Adams Society, Centre for Civil Society, 10-in-10 Complexity University, Duke University, British Council, Udemy, Coursera, and The Japan Foundation.
