Emily Hargrove

Emily Hargrove has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Emily currently serves as the President of the M.B. & EDNA ZALE FOUNDATION since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Principal at Hargrove Partnership, LLC starting in August 2015. Emily also held the role of Senior Vice President at Social Venture Partners Dallas from January 2019. In the past, Emily worked as a Producer at EarthxFilm presented by EarthX from February 2017 to October 2019. Emily served as the Chair of the Dallas Festival of Ideas from May 2016 to July 2017 and as President of Tacky Box, LLC from May 2016 to February 2017. Emily Hargrove was the Director of The Dallas Festival of Ideas from May 2014 to May 2016. Emily held the position of Director of Communications and Development at Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture from August 2013 to September 2015, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship from December 2013 to December 2014. Emily's earlier work experience includes serving as Vice President, Client Services at Forte Public Relations from September 2010 to July 2013.

Emily Hargrove attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech Pathology & Therapy. Emily also completed a BSc (Hons) in Speech Pathology & Therapy during the same period. In 2016, they participated in the Leadership Dallas Class of 2017 program, focusing on the City of Dallas. Emily continued their involvement in the Leadership Dallas program as a Class Advisor for the 2018 class.
