Joel Palte

Joel Palte is a Manager at Social Ventures Australia, working on strategy, business planning, program evaluation, and impact measurement for non-profit organizations and governments in the social sector. Joel also serves as the Board Director and former NSW Coordinator at First Hike Project, connecting people of refugee and migrant backgrounds through hiking and camping experiences. In the past, Joel has held roles at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Westpac Foundation, DLA Piper, and BlueMount Capital, gaining experience in policy, law, finance, and project management. Joel holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney, along with various other qualifications in negotiation skills and project management.
