Sara Nathan

Sara Nathan serves as a Trustee at The Cambridge Union and is a Member of the KC Appointments Panel. Sara holds the role of Fitness to Practise panel chair at Social Work England until September 2026. Additionally, Sara is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Refugees at Home and was an Independent Lay Member for the Greater London Authority until August 2023, overseeing the public appointments process. Sara has also chaired the Regulatory & Conduct Appointments Committee at ICAEW until September 2023 and served as Chair for Disciplinary Tribunals at The Nursing and Midwifery Council from April 2012 to April 2020. Sara's educational background includes a BA (hons) in History from the University of Cambridge and an incomplete MA in History/Broadcast Journalism from Stanford University.
